Impossible to call Toll-Free numbers

Symptom:
When calling a Toll Free number (800XXX.) you get the error “Declined” on the display of the phone.
Diagnosis:
To understand the reason that caused the problem, it is recommended to check the call log in the Dialplan debug menu (WMS > Top menu > Debug)

Solution:
Check the permissions in the ACL group. (WMS > Users > Groups)
By default the calls to Free numbers are not allowed for users belonging in the Default ACL group. To allow this type of call just add the line “can call -> Free” in the settings of the ACL group.
