License transfer

You enabled a license on a PBX but you want to disable it or to transfer it to another PBX.

These are the steps to disable or to transfer a license from one PBX to another one:

1) Connect to WMP portal and go the menu “PBX”

2) Search for the PBX where the license is currently activated and click on the button “Details”
Note: to search for the PBX, use the filters, e.g. enter the PBX serial number

3) Select the license(s) from the list of available licenses and press the button “Transfer”

4) Connect to the WMS interface of the same PBX, go to the menu Settings > Tools and utilities > Activation / Licenses and press the button “Deactivate license”

5) Now you are requested to insert the license serial number and activation code in order to activate the PBX again. Note that you can retrieve the serial and activation code in the menu PBX > Details on the WMP portal

6) After the last operation the selected license(s) are removed from the PBX and added to the list of available licenses on your WMP portal. If necessary you can activate the license(s) on a new PBX
